pet packing strap production line,based on recycled PET bottle flake as the main raw materials,can produce many specifications,multi-purpose,high performance package strap.

The line can use Microcomputer control system,and auto feeding system,preheating dry system automatic circular,accurate and energy-effcient temperature control system,give a power-saving and low-noise system,reached a low-input,high-output purposes.

1. Raw material: Recycled PET bottle flakes (or PET pellets)

Width: 9mm-22mm 

Thickness: 0.6mm-1.5mm 

3. Output: 

80-100kg/hr with one mould 

160-180kg/hr with two moulds 

320-400kg/hr with four moulds 

4. Workers: 2 -3 workers per shift, 12 hours/shift.
